Below you will find the answer to most Frequently Asked Questions we get regarding our templates. Please read carefully and see if your questions get answered. If you can’t find an answer contact us and we will respond within 24 hours.

General Technical Questions

Can I edit templates myself?

Yes! With our friendly-coded templates editing html code as easy as workin in text editor. You simply open your html or csss file, following notes come with every template and make changes as you like.

What is required for editing html/css template?

You need to be familiar with HTML/CSS and any text editor.

If you want to make changes to jquery code you need understanding of jQuery library.

Which browsers do you test the templates on?

We test all our templates on Internet Explorer 6, 7 and 8, the latest versions of Firefox, Opera and Safari.

Do you offer WordPress Themes? Email Templates? What about Branding Design?

In our nearest plans launching extra branches where you will find Email Templates Design, Corporate Identity Design, CMS Interface Design, Power Point Templates.

We are focusing on searching the best designers ever to join our team and we keep high quality of templates we sold.

And of course WordPress Themes are coming soon! We love WordPress so much we used this CMS for our store. So stay updated!

General Template Questions

What is included in the package?

All our packages are a complete solution, this includes html/css files, javascript files and libraries (if applicable), images, PSD files and what you see on the demo store apart from the demo.

Am I able to change/modify the templates in any way?

Absolutely. Images, colors, fonts, layouts and anything else related to the design of our templates can be changed or modified. However you will need to test your modified templates manually as we will not be responsible for templates to be crossbrowser/valid xhtml after your modifying.

Can I remove your credit in the footer?

Yes you are free to modify the footer and remove our credit line.

Can I change the image logo in the header?

Yes, the example logo used in our templates is a transparent PNG image that can be easily changed to yort own image logo.

Payment Questions

How does the payment process work? When will I get my templates?

After your select your template you are taken to our checkout page. You simply enter all required details and click “Secure Checkout”, you will then be taken to PayPal to complete purchase. Once purchase has been complete you can then immediately login on the top right corner of the Dream Design Stock and then select “My Downloads”. You will be taken to your Downloads page and simply download your template.

I haven’t received an email from you? When will I get my template?

You will have complete access to download your template, immediately after purchase. If you havent’ received email within 24 hours please contact us.

Do you offer a refund?

We sell non-tangible goods, so we cannot supply you with a refund.  This is normal for companies selling e-products.

What Payment options are avaiable?

We only offer PayPal at present. PayPal allows you to use various creditcard options without having to sign up for PayPal. If you have any questions or suggestions about payment options, please contact us.
